Safely Back up Images and Easily Organize Them. | Versatile Editing Features | More Fun Features
For the convenience of photo viewing, images are first categorized by event, which can have location information added to them, and person names/descriptions can be added to each photo. [ib] organizes not only newly taken images, but also previously taken images stored on your PC, allowing you to easily find and enjoy the important photos you are looking for without losing them in the mix.
[ib] organizes images taken on the same date to a single event. Events can be broken up into smaller events or merged into one event even if they were shot on different days. Events can be named for convenience.
You can add location information to an event by dragging and dropping it onto the map. Type any city or location name and [ib] will find it and enlarge it on the map. You can add location information not only to events, but also to individual images so that you can display with images the course you went through on your travels on the map.
When [ib] imports images, a face recognition process is run on each image. Register faces of your family and friends so that [ib] can identify the people captured in images. You can create specific groupings of people such as family, friends, or any others.
You can categorize images by creating an optional group based on the purpose, theme, or subject of the images. Categorizing images into groups does not change the places where image files are saved. You can display images based on a group they belong to whenever it is necessary. Images will never be lost in intricately nested groups.
Images can be categorized by creating a collection and adding images to it. This is suitable for categorizing images captured for your hobby or of your favorite subjects. You can also add images to a collection by defining parameters based on who appears in images, when images were taken, or other information. Images that meet these parameters are automatically identified and added to the collection. Newly taken images are also automatically categorized into a collection if they meet its parameters.
You can add comments to events or individual images to record what you want to remember about the images.
You can also add tags to each image. Tags are useful to automatically categorize images to collections using parameters.
